We at Crystal Clean aim to be your full service
glass cleaning professionals. There are an incredible number of window and
glass configurations that impact the amount of time required to properly
clean the windows and mirrors in your home or business--size, storm sashes, oversized windows,
security bars, high windows, etc. all present unique challenges that must be
taken into account when sizing a job. Beware the
"one-size-fits-all" price quoted by some service providers--such
simplistic pricing structures cannot accommodate this wide range of options and
will result in the temptation for a service provider to cut corners as complexities are encountered
. Your satisfaction is our first priority and we consistently accomplish
that goal via high quality and true value for your money.
Our window cleaning services include:
- Free professionally printed bids, (good for 30
days) customized to your specific circumstance
- Washing inside and outside
surfaces of
all windows (including both sides of storm sashes if present), upstairs
and down (we also will be happy to wash only the exterior surfaces if you'd
prefer)
- Removal, dusting and replacement of any screens
- Cleaning of all exterior and interior sills
- Discounted price structures for hassle-free
recurring window cleaning
- Free assessment of the health of your windows
and window systems. We'll let you know if we come across items that
may need attention, e.g., loose or failing caulking, cracked or cloudy
windows, siding or weather-stripping in need of repair or replacement and
any visible evidence of water damage or rot. We're always happy to
make referrals to competent service personnel--don't hesitate to ask!
At Crystal Clean we price the work in
terms of window equivalents. The time required to thoroughly clean
the interior and exterior surfaces of a standard window (either a single picture
window or two reasonably-sized panes of glass that slide past each other
side-to-side or up-and-down) constitutes one "window equivalent." We deal
with window and glass installations that require more cleaning time by
increasing the number of equivalent windows involved.
We offer an attractive discount for first-time customers as well as for returning clients within 6 months of our last visit.
A $75 minimum charge
applies per job.
